The first weekend of June, we had the opportunity to have another event from the Solex “Castilla y León 2010 Campaign”. This time we crossed from the northern United States to the southern United States, to Naples, Florida, to meet our partners IM Tapas. IM Tapas is a great place where you can taste a variety of cold and hot tapas, paella and Fideua. This restaurant is a perfect example of the high quality of Spanish cuisine, its chefs, and at the same time we received exquisite treatment (amazing! they introduced, one by one, the menu to their customers).
For this great occasion, Chef Isabel made an exclusive menu for her customers, with the products from the Castilla y León cuisine. Thus, the renowned chef allowed us to taste dishes such as:
- Amuse Bouche Skewers of Jamon Iberico de Bellota, Potato omelette, Stuffed squash blossom & lomo.
- Frisee & arugula salad on Monte Enebro cheese, with pomegranate reduction & Leon chorizo “fries”.
- And Lamb lollipop with Covadonga sauce.
Another great opportunity to be close to our customers, learn from them and meet with their customers. Another great source of energy to improve every day …
